Off to the Dentist

Today our entire Family is going to the dentist we have appointments for all of us back to back! I feel sorry for the workers because they have to deal with the Heywood's ALL DAY LONG! Hopefully that isn't a bad thing! I hope I don't have any cavities but I probably do because I haven't been brushing as good as I should be!

Christmas Day

We had a wonderful Christmas this year as we do every year! We have a tradition that while we are asleep my parents put wrapping paper in the door frame so that we can't see our presents. Then when we wake up we have to Break through the wrapping paper to get out presents. This is always one of the main highlights of the Day! Then we go down and check out our stockings and see what Santa brought us. Then we had a tasty breakfast complete with eggs sausage bacon cinnamon rolls orange juice apple juice and so on. Then we opened our gifts from our parents and siblings. After that we play with our toys and gifts until 1or 2 o'clock then we went over to my Grandma's for a delicious Christmas dinner/lunch and more presents. All-in all it was a wonderful Christmas! :) Daniel's Lego Ship from Santa!

Christmas Eve

For the last couple of years that we have lived in Arizona we have spent Christmas Eve with our Cousins The Jorgensens but earlier this year they moved to Alabama. So we had to start a new Christmas eve Tradition! We invited our Neighbors from up the street- The Greaves- to come act out the Nativity with us! We had Lots of fun even though we were short a few Characters!

On Sunday we went to see the Temple Lights! It was Super fun and we got to see a lot! It really got me in the spirit of Christmas!

Mom's Birthday

Mom's Birthday was on Saturday but it was spread out across the whole weekend! (Lucky duck) On Friday we had strawberry cheesecake and had a game night. On Saturday (which was her actual Birthday) we woke up early and went to a bird walk. Then when we came back me and Lindsey took a nap. When we woke up my parents were at the temple. So we babysat from 1:30 until 9:30 while my parents went out to eat to the temple and to see "The Christmas Carol" play. Then since we didn't have enough time to do presents we opened them on sunday!
